The corporate seminar

WHO IS IT FOR? All companies, large or small.

WHY ? To combine the useful with the pleasant, to take stock and to identify future objectives during meeting times, to create a group cohesion during playful activities, to value your employees by making them live atypical moments.

WHEN? At any time of the year depending on your needs/constraints.

As long as you wish,

a short but intense day,

2 days to deepen the experience,

a week to get to know each other and leave more connected than ever. Generally once or twice a year.

WHERE? Indoors/outdoors, near your company or further away, all formulas are possible.

 

Our mission:

  • to define together the ideal formula according to your objectives, your desires, your team, your budget,

  • search all the service providers,

  • help you select them and choose the best offer,

  • advise you throughout the project so that nothing is left to chance (inability to do certain activities, dietary restrictions, etc.),

  • follow up all service providers and contracts until the day of the event and the implementation if necessary,

  • editing your detailed programme.

 

Here is an example of a seminar based on discovery and escape over 3 days in the Vallée des Baux (13):

Day 1

Morning: Arrival in a luxury hotel/welcome breakfast/business meeting.

Noon: Lunch at the hotel restaurant.

Afternoon: Stroll in the Baux de Provence with a guide + visit of the Carrières de Lumières.

End of the day: Relaxation around the pool.

Evening: Dinner at the hotel's gourmet restaurant.

Day 2: 

Morning: Breakfast and business meeting.

Noon: Departure for a picnic.

Afternoon: Hike to Saint Rémy de Provence + Visit to the Van Gogh museum (return by taxi to the hotel).

Evening: Dinner in a typical restaurant of the region.

Day 3 

Morning: Breakfast and departure by electric bike to visit and taste an oil mill.

Noon: Lunch in a nearby restaurant.

Return by bike to the hotel in the early afternoon.

Departure.

Team building

The difference with the company seminar is that only fun activities will be part of the programme and the main objective will be to make the teams aware of the organisation's values.

WHO IS IT FOR? All companies, large or small.

WHY? To develop relationships between colleagues, to motivate, to encourage solidarity, to work on personal development, to reveal hidden talents, and to make each of your employees express their unique potential.

WHEN? When you notice a drop in motivation, or on a regular basis in order to maintain a high level of involvement, and benefit of a low staff turnover. The duration is generally one to three days.

WHERE? Outside the company to create a neutral atmosphere. Preferably outdoors, more practical for group activities and to enjoy the fresh air.
